There was a certain intensity in the area, one that she couldn’t quite grasp. The streets were empty and the wind softly blew, brushing the leaves past her. There was something there. Something hidden. A quiet, sleepy town was always suspicious to her, but this one more so than others. The few residents of the town that were out and about shot her a funny look as she wandered. Not that she could blame them.
This place was going to make her remember something. This place had something she would need later. This place, as strange as it was, reminded her of home. The home she was nowhere near and never knew.
